Inter Milan to stay away from free transfer of Robben

Serie A giants Inter Milan are reportedly not interested in signing Arjen Robben on a free transfer at the end of the season, despite reports stating otherwise recently.

The Dutchman has been open about stating that he won't be renewing his contract with the Bavarian side, after ten years of playing for them since his arrival from Real Madrid in 2009.

While reports have linked him with a move to Inter recently and that he would move to Inter on a free upcoming summer, Sportmediaset say that Inter aren't interested in bringing the former Chelsea man to the San Siro.

The nerazzurri are looking to free up their finances to stay clear of FFP restrictions from UEFA, with names like Antonio Valencia being linked and Diego Godin close to a move.

While Robben did say yesterday in a press conference that offers have been there, the outlet claims that Inter aren't interested in the winger and would likely stay away from signing him.
