Inter prepare to sell Man Utd target to sign Lazio star

According to what has been reported by Tuttosport today, Inter Milan are preparing to sell Croatian forward Ivan Perisic as a result of the club's desires to have a strong summer market. Inter have accepted the fact that January may be a quieter month but the Nerazzurri have big plans for the summer, including the likes of Real Madrid's Luka Modric as transfer targets.

Perisic, who has been a target of Manchester United for some time, coud leave the club in the summer and finance Inter's market accordingly.

As well as Modric, Tuttosport are reporting that the Milanese club want to beat the likes of Juventus, AC Milan and Manchester United to the signature of Lazio's Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. Milinkovic-Savic will likely not be leaving Lazio in the January market but, with an eye to the summer, could be on his way out of the capital city.

Inter, therefore, are willing to sacrifice one of their star players in order to finance the signing of Lazio's Serbian powerhouse - with Perisic departing the club, despite being a key player with Spalletti's side.
