Inter's Ausilio: 'We'll sign five new players'

During an interview accorded to Libero, Inter Milan Sporting Director Piero Ausilio has released some interesting declarations about the transfer market: “Soriano? We are tracking him, and Ferrero like me. I can’t say anything about Banega, he’s playing for another club. Erkin is one of those players who are about to become a free agent that we are observing. We have already planned our campaign: we will sign four of five players, we have done the big change last summer, now we must consolidate our group”.
“Regarding the loanies that we could sign to permanent deal, we have already talked with the coach” he added “no decision will be made before May 15th, then we’ll have one and a half months to use our rights. Same story for Jovetic: he’s a great professional, he’s working hard. He doesn’t play because he’s injured. Do we already have a precise target for the next season? Yes, an attacker who is playing in the Serie A”
Regarding the team’s captain Mauro Icardi, Ausilio said: “He’s a great professional, he’s always one of the first ones to arrive on the training pitch and one of the last to leave. He's focused on his job and on his family, he always said that he wants to stay, and we want to build our future on him, however, when they talk about him, they always say that he isn’t serious and that Inter will sell him”.
