Inter, Spalletti hints Nainggolan will rest for Tottenham

Inter boss Luciano Spalletti spoke to media ahead of tomorrow’s Serie A clash against Frosinone: “It’s not going to be an easy game. A win ’s vital for us, it’s an important game for our future. We need to improve in every game.”

MAROTTA – “We are waiting for the club’s decision. They are in talks, there is a negotiation. The president will inform us. Marotta is a trequartista. He knows how to play between the lines. He has built his own history and he has the right experience. Results speak for him.”

NAINGGOLAN – “You never know his fitness, he is not a normal player. Even if he plays for just 10 minutes he can make the difference. He is fully recovered and I am happy about that, but I need to make choices thinking about the next games too.”

FULL-BACK – “We don’t have many. Against Tottenham, Skriniar played in that position. We hope we can recover Vrsaljko soon and it’s a pity that we can’t still see the qualities of Dalbert. Politano? He didn’t surprise me. He is doing what I expected. He’s done well with the national team too. Perisic? I wouldn’t say he is disappointing. Maybe sometimes he could run behind the defense but he can only do it when he doesn’t have defensive duties.”
