Inter's Slovakian international defender Milan Skriniar gave a short interview to Mediaset Premium during an event in Milano where he was asked about the rumours that place him with a move to Spanish giants FC Barcelona.

Skriniar, who joined Inter this past summer from Sampdoria in a deal that saw Gianluca Caprari go the opposite direction, brushed off those talks saying "I am not interested in the transfer market, I belong to Inter and my objective is to play for Inter. I want to win with Inter, I am not interested in FC Barcelona."

The former Blucerchiati defender was then asked about the upcoming Serie A fixture against Atalanta at home at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano's San Siro district this Sundat with kick-off at 20.45 CET: "It will not be easy, we already know this. We all trained together only today, we will be ready. I am very happy with my season, what i have done, I have to continue like this. I hope to score more goals."

In conclusion Skriniar was asked if Inter's objective was still to qualify for the Champions League to which he gave a clear reply: "absolutely yes."
