Italian papers highlight Juventus’ main responsibles for Lazio defeat

Juventus faced their first Serie A defeat of the season yesterday as they lost at home against Lazio for 2-1. The bianconeri played a decent first half but were completely outperformed by the biancocelesti in the second part of the game when Immobile netted the brace that has sent Juventus five points away from table leaders Napoli.

Juventus’ player ratings are really bad in every Italian paper out this morning but there are two in particular that Italian media are criticizing for the Old Lady’s defeat.

No surprise to see that one of the most blamed is the bianconeri boss Max Allegri. The Italian tactician has got a 5/10 on La Gazzetta dello Sport, Tuttosport and Il Corriere dello Sport.

“Juventus 4-3-3 does not solve their structural problems. He has been complaining for Juventus lack of attention of late and his lads have done it again. Dybala’s bench was not the problem yesterday”, La Gazzetta commented.

Higuain’s marks are even lower than Allegri’s as the Argentinean has got 4.5 on both Corriere dello Sport and La Gazzetta dello Sport and 4 on Tuttosport.

“He misses a huge goal chance in front of Strakosha. An easy goal that a top striker like him is not allowed to miss.”
