Juve-Inter HT: Ronaldo fails to impress, Miranda brilliant

Juve-Inter HT: Ronaldo fails to impress, Miranda brilliant

Juventus and Inter Milan tussled in a big Serie A game at the Allianz Stadium in Turin and are currently tied 1-1 at half-time, with both sides having good chances to take the lead.

While Inter came the closest, Juve posed a threat too. We take a look at the tops and flops from the game in Turin at half-time.

Tops

Joao Miranda: The Brazilian was probably Inter's best player. Not just in terms of defending and being solid at the back, but also because of his passing. The pass that led to Roberto Gagliardini's chance was made by Miranda.

Joao Cancelo: Especially in the last twenty minutes, Cancelo was almost playing like a left midfielder and everything Juve did happened from his side.

Flops:

Roberto Gagliardini: The Italian missed Inter's and the game's biggest chance when he hit the post and came close to being overrun in the last fifteen minutes.

Cristiano Ronaldo: While he improved after being shifted inside for Mandzukic, Ronaldo looked ineffective on the left.
