Juventus, De Ligt also misses friendly due to injury

As well as Cristiano Ronaldo, Matthijs De Light will also miss today’s friendly against the Juventus B team. The Dutch defender is out due to a minor foot injury and Juventus are rightly being careful to protect their 20-year-old defender. With the season starting in less than two weeks, the Bianconeri need to be careful in order to start the season at full strength. Juventus’ first game of the season is against Parma on the 24th of August.
