Juventus, Del Piero reveals why Dybala should snub Man Utd and Real Madrid

Alex Del Piero is probably the most iconic Juventus footballer ever. The former Italy star is the player with the most goals and the most appearances with the Serie A giants. The legendary striker spend 19 years in Turin, an almost impossible achievement in modern football.

Del Piero talked to La Gazzetta dello Sport about his future and shared his thoughts on the Serie A title race as well as on the Old Lady, of course.

“I spent the best years of my life at Juventus. I won every possible trophy there but it would be difficult for me to chose the best moment. After my first year I was about to move to Parma but Lippi decided that he wanted to keep me as the fourth choice striker.”

Nobody knows better than Del Piero what loyalty to a single club means and with his potential heir Paulo Dybala who is being linked with a summer move to either Manchester United or Real Madrid, Del Piero said: “I’m happy that he is wearing the no.10 shirt, that’s not my property. He has been playing brilliantly so far this season, he has amazing skills and some uncommon moral values. I wish him to stay at Juventus forever because nobody more than can enter the heart of fans.”
