It seems that Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is struggling with a physical problem, as became evident during the encounter with Empoli this evening. 

 

The Serbian midfielder was substituted after 58 minutes by coach Simone Inzaghi, who brought on Danilo Cataldi in his place. The extent of the injury is not yet known, and it could just be a precaution.
