Already valued at £37.5 million, according to Metro, Alberto has rocketed up international scouting lists based on his performances with the Brazilian youth team. The two clubs will be keeping close eyes on him in the coming months.
Alberto is set to represent Brazil once again in the current U-17 World Cup in India. The Brazilian’s open play against Spain, and will rely heavily on Alberto’s skill set to achieve the lofty expectations set for them.
In 35 youth matches with Santos, Yuri Alberto drilled an astonishing 51 goals. Santos has their work cut out for them should they want to retain his services in the future. At £37.5 million, they’re certainly doing their best.
