Napoli are strongly interested in signing Psv and Mexico star Hirving Lozano and the Partenopei have opened talks to sign the 23-year-old in the January transfer window. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, talks between the two clubs have recently begun with the Eredivisie giants who have slapped a € 35 million price-tag on the talented winger.

Lozano’s contract expires in 2023 and Manchester United, Inter and Juventus have also been linked with welcoming his services.

Lozano has 11 goals and seven assists in 17 appearances in all competitions so far this season and Napoli are determined to sign him despite the club’s desire to extend both Dries Mertens and José Maria Callejon contracts.

Napoli have also made an offer to sign another Manchester United target: Nicolò Barella. The Partenopei have offered € 20 million plus the likes of Rog and Ounas. The Serie A giants have also set their sights on Emploli’s Traore but no official offers have been made yet.
