Marotta: ‘Juventus happy with Allegri but…’

Juventus CEO Beppe Marotta attended an event on Friday afternoon and talked to assembled media about the campaign of the Old Lady and the future of Max Allegri who is being linked with the Bayern Munich job.

“We are happy with Allegri but Ancelotti is definitely a top manager”, Marotta said.
“He is a friend of mine but, I repeat we are happy with Allegri.”

Simone Inzaghi is arguably one of the best coach in Serie A at the moment and Marotta did also praise the Lazio tactician: “He has a great career ahead of him, he is a talented coach but we are happy with Allegri.”

“Juventus are not nervous, there are still many games left to be played and we can only analyze what we’ve done so far. I have to say we are happy so far. Dybala? Messi remains the best player in the world and of course it is difficult for Dybala and Higuian to settle in well with their national team. VAR? We know referees need the help of technology, we accept it and we know this is only the beginning but we want to understand how it is going to be used. I didn’t understand why they overturned the decision on Mandzukic’s goal and why VAR was not used for the penalty on Higuain.”
