    Geoffrey Kondogbia must really be hoping that Stefano Pioli throws him a lifeline. 
     
    If the new Inter Coach doesn’t, the Liverpool target will have to consider his options, and make sure that he can justify the €30+ million spent on him last summer.
     
    One club that is interested in him is Marseille: according to L’Equipe’s Bilel Ghazi (via Le10Sport), the Ligue 1 side’s management met privately with Kondogbia’s family.
     
    This confirms the reports we’ve been hearing from the past month about OM’s willingness to spend exactly €30m on the former Monaco and Sevilla star.
     
    Otherwise, the 23-year-old is also being linked to Chelsea, who have only recently considered a blitz for him. This report comes from the Daily Mirror.
     
    Kondogbia has started only 27 games since moving from Monaco in the summer of 2015, scoring one goal last season against Torino.
     
    Expected to be a big hit considering the stiff competition from AC Milan, the former French international has not been a success in Italy so far.
