Matuidi announces Juventus contract renewal

Blaise Matuidi will stay at Juventus at least for another year. This was announced by the player himself in an interview with Sport24 yesterday evening.

"I will stay here, my contract included an option for an additional year and the club decided to exercise it. I am very happy to continue another season here. I never had any doubts because I felt the trust of all parties. It is certain that I am getting old and in this choice, I also think of my family who loves Turin," he said.
