Milan, Gattuso: "Higuain wasn't supposed to play"

AC Milan coach Rino Gattuso spoke to the press (via Calciomercato.com) after the Milan-Torino game (0-0 FT), here is what he had to say:

"Game? We knew that Torino were strong since they haven't lost so far this season on the road. We created a lot of chances but we weren't very clinical. We did pretty well even if we didn't start the game off in a great way. Transfer market? I don't want to talk about this. It will be up to Leonardo, Maldini and Gazidis. My job is to train the players that are available to me. Injuries? Yes we have a lot of injuries but let's see how it goes. Higuain? He wasn't even supposed to play this game because of his back but he gave it his all. He is an important player for us but he has to find his top form. Changes? Well because of the injuries, its hard plus we have to take into account the UEFA problems too. Bakayoko? He is much better now and has been doing really well for us. I love his personality and he is an important player for us. Result? Well we wanted to win but Torino are a good side. A few months ago, we would've probably lost this type of game. I am pretty happy by our effort".
