Milan news: Gattuso aims to have Romagnoli back for Fiorentina clash

It has been a nervy few weeks for AC Milan, with head coach Gennaro Gattuso having to piece together a makeshift defence to cope with the injuries suffered by Mattia Caldara, Alessio Romagnoli and Mateo Musacchio, the Rossoneri’s first three preferred defenders.

However, things look to be on the up for the Milanese side; with Gattuso expecting Romagnoli to return in time for the match between Milan and Fiorentina on the 22nd of December. Musacchio’s recovery is expected to take a few days longer, yet things look to be on the up for Milan.
