Milan news: Sevilla set to purchase Andre Silva permanently

After eight goals in 12 La Liga matches this season, Andre Silva has silenced a lot of critics; within Italy and around the rest of the world. After moving to Milan from Porto in 2017, Silva moved out on loan to Sevilla in the summer – scoring just 2 goals in 24 games in Serie A for the Rossoneri.

Silva has been playing well for Sevilla and the club look set to try and redeem the full purchase of the Portuguese striker – with the option to buy clause set at €38m. Milan may have liked to keep hold of the forward, given his current form, yet there is nothing to stop Sevilla apart from the simple matter of financial capability.
