Krzysztof Piatek put a run of poor form behind him to score in AC Milan's 2-0 win over Frosinone yesterday. The Rossoneri kept up their pursuit of Champions League football with a win that will take it down to the last day of the season, where they will hope that good work and fortune will swing things in their favour.

Speaking to Milan TV after the match, Piatek said:

"The most important thing for me is the team, not today's goal. I had a difficult time, five-six - I had never played many matches without scoring. I have always been concentrated in training and in matches, today the goal was important.

"I hope we can go into the Champions League, we will play everything against SPAL. Abate? I congratulated Abate because he made an incredible career for Milan. Genoa? I'm sorry, but I hope they can save themselves on the last day."
