Monaco reject Arsenal and Man City bids for highly-rated stars

No secret Monaco are being raided by top European clubs who are trying to seal the most shining stars of the Ligue 1 giants. Manchester City and Chelsea have already managed to take two jewels of the French’s crowns signing the likes of Bernardo Silva (Man City) and Tiemoue Bakayoko (Chelsea).

The likes of Kylian Mbappé, Thomas Lemar, Benjamin Mendy and Fabinho, however, are still contracted with Monaco and several reports are linking the four highly-rated stars with a move to the Premier League.

According to reports in France, Monaco are keen to keep some of their stars and L’Equipe claims the Ligue 1 giants have rejected two offers of Manchester City for Benjamin Mendy. Pep Guardiola had offered € 40 and € 45 million for the French full-back but offers coming from the Etihad Stadium have been rejected by the French club.

The same goes for Arsenal with the Gunners who had tried to sign Thomas Lemar, although their offer for the French winger was also rejected by Monaco.
