Napoli could use Allan to secure Cavani deal in the summer

According to what has been reported by Tuttosport today, Allan will definitely not be leaving Napoli in January; with Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis saying that he would not even accept offers of €200m for the Brazilian midfielder - confirming the club's intentions to challenge for both the Europa League and the Coppa Italia; perhaps even keeping up enough pressure on league leaders Juventus to mount a late title challenge.

Instead, it appears that De Laurentiis could use Allan as part of a deal in the summer to secure PSG forward, and former Napoli star, Edinson Cavani. Napoli have expressed an interest in re-signing Cavani already, as they seek to find a forward to gradually increase the quality of their squad to keep up with big spenders Juventus.

Tuttosport suggests that, in the summer, PSG could offer a figure of around €50m + Cavani to secure Allan; a deal that would surely be too good to refuse, even for notirously tight-fisted De Laurentiis - as he seeks to help Ancelotti do his job.
