Napoli dealt blow as Lo Celso says 'yes' to Tottenham
Lo Celso has been heavily linked with a move to Spurs, with Napoli having been interested in him for the last few weeks too. While Spurs and Real Betis were previously negotiation for a deal, Gazzetta dello Sport claim that Lo Celso has agreed to sign a four-year deal worth 4 million euros a season with Spurs.
Reliable French journalist Romain Coullet-Gaudin has said the two clubs have also agreed a fee.
