Official Breaking News: Man Utd part company with Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Manchester United and Zlatan Ibrahimovic have officially parted companies. The official website of the Premier League, in fact, has just released the list of players that are set to be released by their clubs at the end of the season and the Swede features as the only player who is set to be dropped by Manchester United at the end of the month.
The former Psg star suffered a knee ligament injury at the end of the season and is expected to spend almost six months on the sidelines.

The Red Devils have decided not to activate their option to extend the player’s stay at the club for one more season.

​Ibra, 35, netted 28 goals in all competitions during the 2016/17 campaign and his salary was in the region of € 12 million-a-year.

Manchester United have already identified the perfect replacement for the former Juve, Inter and Milan star given that the Red Devils have begun talks with Real Madrid to sign Alvaro Morata who has already given his green light to move to the Old Trafford.
