'We haven't had many days together. I have seen a careful and curious team, then it is clear that the most important thing must be tomorrow night's performance. We have to play an big match to win.
'A coach has to work at 360 degrees. We need to understand each other, get to know each other. I brought my working method which I think is very attentive to details: from work to food, we are doing everything to make them work maximum.
