PSG President charged with corruption

Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has been charged with corruption over Qatar's bid to host the World Athletics Championship.

AFP have stated that the case pertains to the PSG owner's proposal for Qatar to bid for the WAC. Because of the same issue, Al-Khelaifi has been under the scanner since March of this year.

Two payments made by Al-Khelaifi in 2011 are in question and they totaled upto £2.8m.
