Real Madrid to open talks with Man Utd over deal for Bale’s replacement

Real Madrid are likely to sell Gareth Bale at the end of the season. The Welshman has been struggling with injuries over the last few years and the Merengues think the time has come to sell him.

Many top players are being linked with joining Real Madrid in the summer, from Robert Lewandowski to Harry Kane, from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Paulo Dybala.
According to Spanish news outlet fichajes, however, there is also another player Real Madrid are thinking of to replace the former Spurs star.

The La Liga giants, in fact, are reported to be closely monitoring Manchester United star Marcus Rashford.

The 19-year-old has five goals and four assists in 12 appearances with the Red Devils so far this season and is one of the hottest prospects in Europe at the moment.

​Real Madrid, however, are not going to approach Manchester United until the Red Devils make their move for Bale.

The Premier League giants, in fact, are interested in taking Bale back to the Premier League and as soon as they contact Real Madrid for the signing of the star winger, Florentino will open talks for Rashford.
