Report: AC Milan considering two directors to replace Leonardo
These are Luis Campos from Lille and Igli Tare from Lazio. Gazidis' goal is to bring young talents to the club for them to mature at the club and turn them into all-round champions to later perhaps obtained capital gains, with the two above mentioned directors considered ideal considering their past work at their respective clubs.
The ownership is somewhat dissatisfied with Leonardo's summer transfer market. Though, in his defence, it must also be said that he entered the market in the middle of July and had little space for manoeuvring. When he had time, he did well, like in the winter transfer market.
The judgment on him, as underlined by the Turin-based paper, seems more tied to his character than to his transfer market operations. His disagreements with Gattuso are known but there were some tensions even with the club CEO Gazidis.
