Report: Napoli look to sign Real Madrid outcast

Reports from Gazzetta dello Sport say that Napoli are working on a deal to sign Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos.

The 21-year-old Ceballos joined Real Madrid last summer from Real Betis after impressing for the Spanish Under-21 side, but he has never made a first-team spot his own. The midfielder could appear 12 times in the La Liga this season, out of which only four were starts.

Gazzetta dello Sport report that Napoli are looking to put Ceballos out of his misery by working on a deal for him. AC Milan too are monitoring the midfielder's situation.
