France Football recently posted a picture of Pavel Nedved alongside Mino Raiola in Monte Carlo as it seems like De Ligt is inching closer to Juve. Barcelona and PSG are also interested in De Ligt as Raiola is also Paul Pogba's agent too. More to come on the matter...
