Report: Ramsey signs pre-contract agreement with Juventus

Aaron Ramsey has signed a pre-contract agreement with Juventus, Sport Mediaset reports.

The Welshman will see his contract expire at the end of the season and the Old Lady is reported to have reached an agreement with the 29-year-old who has been offered a € 6.5 million-a-year deal for five years.

  The player’s agent David Baldwin is in the US for other business this week but negotiations between Juventus and the player have been ongoing for a few days.

If the report of Sports Mediaset is confirmed, Juventus will now try to sign the player in the winter transfer window with Sami Khedira who could travel the opposite direction at the end of the season.

Arsenal withdrew Ramsey’s contract offer earlier last month and the player is now free to talk to any club. PSG and Real Madrid have also been linked with signing the Wales International but Juventus are in pole position to sign him. Ramsey’s Juventus move could be only a few signatures away…
