Following the red card he received against Inter, Kalidou Koulibaly has apologised to his Napoli teammates, as reported by Corriere Della Sera. 

 

The defender received howls throughout the 90 minutes, and despite the fact that Napoli urged the referee to stop the game, nothing happened. Koulibaly was thus out of balance when he received his red card, as a result of sarcastically applauding the referee. 

 

"I'm sorry, I lost my mind. I didn't have to leave you alone," Koulibaly reportedly told his teammates after the game.
