Revealed: How Sarri has changed Juventus' training sessions

21 July at 12:15
With the arrival of Maurizio Sarri at Juventus, the overall game approach will change but it all starts from different training sessions, with the former Napoli and Chelsea coach completely changing them compared to Massimiliano Allegri's time at the club.

The main aim is to improve ball possession. The first phase involves a warm-up on mats, followed by a short run and exercises with the ball. This last point is the one that positively surprised the players. The aim is to put the Bianconeri at ease, stimulated by continuously different exercises to allow them to have fun while they play. A mantra of Sarri's thought.
