Roberto De Zerbi appointed as new Sassuolo manager

Sassuolo have confirmed they have appointed Roberto De Zerbi as the club’s new manager. He has signed a two year contract with the Italian club.

A statement on Sassuolo’s official website read, “This morning, at the Mapei headquarters in Milan, an agreement was reached to confer the position of Coach of the first team to Roberto De Zerbi."

“The agreement runs from 1 July 2018 and provides for a two-year duration until June 2020. The presentation to the press and the media will take place in the coming weeks."
