Roma identify Chelsea star and two others as January targets: the details

Corriere dello Sport state that Monchi has drawn up a list of potential targets for January, with Borussia Dortmund star Julian Weigl currently at the top of it.
The German has fallen out of favor under Lucien Favre and Bild have stated that BVB could allow him to leave on loan. Roma aim to sign him on loan till the summer of 2020, but AC Milan too have been monitoring him. The giallorossi's talks are at an initial stage.
Another target is Davide Zappacosta, who too has fallen out of favor at Chelsea and Roma want him as a replacement for Rick Karsdorp, who would be leaving on loan.
Atletico Madrid's Thomas Partey too is a target.
