According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma are still interested in 26-year-old French winger Florian Thauvin, currently playing with Marseille. The Frenchman won the World Cup last summer with France and has been with Marseille since 2017. Thauvin played almost 3000 minutes for the Ligue 1 club last season, scoring 18 and assisting 9 in all competitions. He is contracted with the club until 2021, but Roma may make an offer on the player before the transfer window closes on September 2nd.
