ROMANO EXCLUSIVE: will Meret become Buffon's heir?
As explained earlier, Juventus are seeking the heir of their goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, and for this reason they are tracking some young talents; one of the is Udinese Alex Meret, currently on loan at Spal.
The Emilia’s club Director of Sport Davide Vagnati told calciomercato.com: “I don’t know if there is something going own; the player belongs to Udinese, with whom we are in great terms, it will be up to them to decide. For the moment, we enjoy his performances here in Ferrara.”
“However, I am not surprised of such rumors, he’s a promising player”, he added. “On the other hand, we have to be cautious, because he’s very young, even if he will remain concentrated and he won’t be distracted by them. What makes him so special? He has a lot of skill, but he has also the right mind.”
