Ronaldo, Messi and Neymar top CIES rankings with City and Chelsea stars

The season, in the main European championships, has started for two months. But who have been the best players until today? To answer this question, intervened the CIES Football Observatory, that developed from Switzerland an exclusive approach based on the statistics produced by OptaPro to evaluate the performances of the players.
RONALDO MVP - The Football Observatory has taken into consideration the best 5 championships of our continent (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1), with data referring to the first 1.000 minutes played by the respective tournaments and to those players who were on the pitch for at least 450 minutes. On this basis, the CIES has made several classifications, one for each parameter: from shots on goal to dribbling, from completed passes to created opportunities. Thus, the 5 European MVPs emerged. And among these, not even to say it, there is Cristiano Ronaldo.
