Sanchez drops biggest hint yet that his Arsenal career is over

Chilean superstar Alexis Sanchez has dropped the biggest hint yet that his career at Arsenal is coming to an end. The 28-year-old has just one year left on his current deal in North London and talks over a new agreement continue to stall.

The club’s failure to land a place in next seasons Champions League could well be the final nail in the coffin. Speaking to Radio Sport Chile, Sanchez declared that; “"I want to play in the Champions League. The decision isn't down to me; I need to wait for Arsenal. I've made my decision, now I wait for Arsenal's reply. The idea is to play and win the Champions League. I've dreamt about it since I was a kid."

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is keen to link up again with the player he had under his wing at Barcelona but his current coach Arsene Wenger refuses to sell the player to a Premier League rival. Sanchez is currently enjoying an extended break after representing his country in the Confederations Cup.
