Juventus will look to increase their lead at the top of the table, when they travel to Sassuolo
on Sunday, as Napoli were held to a goalless draw by Fiorentina yesterday in the Serie A.

  • Sassuolo have lost nine of their last 11 Serie A games against Juventus (W1 D1), never scoring more than one goal in a game during this period (six goals in total).
  • Sassuolo have scored exactly one goal in four of their last five Serie A home meetings with Juventus (W1, D1, L3).
  • Having won five of the first 11 Serie A games this season, Sassuolo have won only two on the following 11.
  • Juventus are now the only unbeaten team across the Top-5 European Leagues this season (W19, D3), following PSG’s Ligue 1 defeat to Lyon.
  • Juventus are unbeaten in their last 23 Serie A away games (W19 D4 L0): only between 2011 and 2012 have they gone longer without a top-flight defeat (25).
  • Juventus drew their last league game against Parma: the last time they failed to win back to back Serie A matches came in April 2018.
  • Sassuolo have won nine points after going behind in Serie A at home this season, no side has won more points from losing positions.
  • Juventus have spent 1052 minutes leading games in Serie A this season - more than any other side in the competition
  • Alessandro Matri played 74 games for Juventus in Serie A (27 goals) - after having scored four goals in his first six league meetings against the Bianconeri, the Sassuolo striker has failed to score in each of the following seven.
  • Paulo Dybala has scored two of his three Serie A hat-tricks in away games for Juventus - one of them at the Mapei Stadium against Sassuolo (September 2017).
