Senior Man United sources still claim deal is 'agreed' for Lukaku

Manchester United senior sources have said that a deal has been ‘agreed’ between the club and Everton to sign forward Romelu Lukaku.

This is according to reputable Daily Mail journalist Matt Lawton, who also says Thursday’s confusion has been a result of ‘semantics’ to what the two clubs have been telling publications.

It was initially reported by BBC Sports that a £75 deal was in place for the 24-year-old, but later on Sky Sports refuted this.

Now Lawton has cleared up the confusion by tweeting this out, leaving Manchester United supporters with some assurance.
