Serie A news: Zenit set sights on Torino captain Kamil Glik

Rumors coming from Russia suggest Zenit St. Petersburg have set sights on Torino captain Kamil Glik.
The Poland International’s contract at the Stadio Olimpico expires in June 2020.

Glik, 28, has yet to score his first goal in this Serie A campaign, despite finding the net eight times last term.

Russian media Izvestia reports that the strong centre-back has already met representatives from Zenit to negotiate a summer move, with the player’s price tag believed to be in the region of € 11 million.

The Russian side have recently been scouting lot of Serie A players and also Fiorentina manager Paulo Sousa is believed to be on Zenit’s radar as the Portuguese tactician could be the number one option to replace André Villas Boas at the end of the current campaign.
