According to Super Deporte, after having sold Borja Iglesias to Real Betis, Espanyol are interested in Torino’s Simone Zaza. The 28-year-old Italian joined Toro last season on loan with an obligation to buy from Valencia, but never fully settled with the club, only scoring 4 goals in 29 league appearances for the Granata as they finished in 7th place. Zaza played with more confidence in Spain and the player may be interested in returning.
