Transfer news: Chelsea’s €200m plan to nullify FIFA punishment

Last week, Football Leaks reported that Chelsea are in danger of a two-year market ban due to their illegal registration of players, specifically youth players with whom the Blues reportedly broke regulations in regards to minors.
 
Now, English newspaper the Sunday Express are reporting that Chelsea will, therefore, seek to spend big in January – in preparation for the worst case scenario of two years off the transfer market.
 
Two of the names that former Napoli head coach Maurizio Sarri is interested in bringing to West London are his former colleague Elseid Hysaj and Juventus defender, and Manchester United and PSG target, Alex Sandro.
