Transfer news: €20m price-tag set for Milan and Arsenal target

19 November at 12:30
According to what has been reported by Italian newspaper Tuttosport, Juventus are preparing to offload Moroccan central defender Mehdi Benatia in January; with a €20m price-tag set for the 31-year-old nominated for BBC’s African Footballer of the Year.

Benatia was a target of both Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund in the summer, with AC Milan reportedly bidding for Benatia in the past week in response to their defender crisis. Milan have had Romagnoli, Caldara and Musacchio all suffer injuries; with the latter two expected to be out until 2019.
