West Ham has looked at Chicharito Hernandez, the Bayer Leverkusen striker who, according to reports from the English press, can leave the Bundesliga to return to Premier League where he spent four years in a Manchester United jersey. The Mexican forward had an outstanding return to form last season, scoring 11 goals and adding 3 assists for the German side. After an unsuccessful loan stint in Madrid with Real, Chicharito was again beginning to look to be back to his best in the Bundesliga, and now the player seems to be possibly be on the move again.

The will of the player to move back to the Premier League for a team outside European contention is yet to be seen, but the luster of English football and the chance to live the London lifestyle. Add to this his value in the 15-20 million EUR range, and this seems like a difficult capture for West Ham...
