Zanetti: 'Every derby is difficult'

Former Inter Milan player and current vice-president Javier Zanetti has spoken to the microphones of Univision Deportes, ahead of tonight's Milan derby:

"The derby is always a special game. The team is fine, but the game is important and every derby is difficult.
