AC Milan appeal against Europa League ban tomorrow

The Elliot era at AC Milan will be kick started as they Rossoneri will find out if the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) will overturn UEFA’s decision to ban AC Milan from the European competition for two seasons or not.

AC Milan have been banned from participating either in the UEFA Champions League or the UEFA Europa League by the UEFA for breaching the Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations.

The first appointment on the agenda is scheduled tomorrow in Switzerland: the Rossoneri have already sent the defensive memory, which is based on the fact that now the American fund has guaranteed business continuity and has zeroed the debts.

AC Milan were unhappy with the ban slapped by UEFA and they found it was too harsh. Thus, they appealed the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport and they will find the outcome of the verdict in the next three days.
