AC Milan, Conti reveals when he will return from injury

AC Milan star defender Andrea Conti is one of the rossoneri most important signings of the summer but the Italian had only little time to show his skills as he picked up an ACL tear right at the beginning of the season.

The Italian right-back has now undergone a surgery and has revealed La Gazzetta dello Sport when he will return from injury.

“Doctors told me I could return in March, but it all depends on my knee. Sometimes I’ve run but it’s still painful, I’ve never tried to use the ball since I got injured.”

“I miss playing football, it’s the best thing for me. I supported Juventus when I was a child, now we all support AC Milan. I have a puppy at home, his name is Arturo Vidal.”

“I was sure Italy would have qualified for the World Cup, I’ve never seen any problem with Ventura and I don’t think Italian football has no future. We have players like Romagnoli, Rugani, Donnarumma, Caldara, Spinazzola, Immobile, Belotti and Verratti. There is enought talent to start again.”
