AC Milan are due to play many games in the coming weeks and the board of AC Milan do not want to change the manager in the middle of such a busy moment.
The decision of the rossoneri side comes after weeks of speculations over the future of the Aeroplanino.
The likes of Walter Mazzarri and Gennaro Gattuso are being linked with replacing Montella at the San Siro but if the report of Sky Sport is accurate, AC Milan won’t sack their manager after the home Genoa draw.
