AC Milan, Paqueta: ‘Kaka is my idol – I want to emulate him’

AC Milan are in dire need of change as they continue to slump in a poor run of form. In January, Brazilian starlet Lucas Paqueta will confirm his move from Flamengo to the Rossoneri and fans of the Milanese side are eager to see what this young talent can bring to the table. Milan have struggled with injuries and consistency and Paqueta could be just the spark needed to re-ignite their form.

Speaking at a special match organised by the legendary Zico, Paqueta said the following:

“Kaka is my idol He had a brilliant career: it is clear that I would like to follow his steps but also to tell my story in Milan I wish I could take his best things and do my best, I've already been in Milan and everything was very quiet It was a period of adaptation, even for my family, I hope to adapt as quickly as possible when I come back to Milan and be able to help the team in the field.”
